The process allows us to identify if a candidate will be a good fit for Lebakkens and if Lebakkens will be a good fit for them.
While training is important, it is only one component of a valuable employee. Our first step is to recruit only the best employees for each position in our company. To achieve this we have a rather extensive screening process during which we determine if the employee has the skills and desire to be a Lebakkens employee. Just as importantly, we work with the candidate to determine if Lebakkens is the right fit for them. Our goal is to hire a team member, not just another employee!
